When I visited the factory I was shown around with great courtesy and helped with my final choice. I also appreciated the “two hour” delivery promise. I work full time so it is very difficult to stay in all day waiting for a delivery. The goods were delivered carefully and in immaculate condition. Finally Andy your recommended fitter and his team worked carefully and finished the job excellently. Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to express my thanks to Elaine in your customer service centre for pleasantly dealing with some queries which I encountered recently. I was unsure about the layout of the log effect fuel bed on the fire which I purchased earlier this year, and she very kindly sent me a diagram with instructions without delay which very satisfactorily resolved the proble. Additionally, when arranging the logs, I noticed that two were damaged, and on speaking to Elaine concerning this, she promptly arranged to have these replaced by the manufacturer. I found the service provided by Elaine to be extremely efficient and refreshingly stress free. I do thank her for her attention. Dear Sir, Re: the Shipton fireplace in limestone finish & the Oxford electric fire. After the initial delays & problems, Mr Jennings fitted and completed the work yesterday morning.
